BoxTimer Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Follow the White Rabbit handles information in BoxTimer. The current version of BoxTimer is designed as an offline workout timer and does not collect, upload, share or sell personal data.
1. Developer and app
BoxTimer is developed by Follow the White Rabbit. This policy applies to BoxTimer on Android and iOS where available.
2. No accounts, login or registration
BoxTimer does not require a user account. The app does not include login, registration, cloud accounts or profile creation.
3. Data stored locally on your device
BoxTimer may store workout plans, segment templates, timer settings, sound settings, vibration settings and other app preferences locally on your device. This information is used only to make the app work and to remember your preferences.
Locally stored information remains on your device unless you delete it, clear the app data, uninstall the app, or use an operating system backup feature outside of BoxTimer.
4. Data we do not collect
The current version of BoxTimer does not collect:
- Personal information such as name, email address or phone number
- Location data
- Camera data
- Microphone data
- Contacts
- Workout data uploaded to a server
- Analytics or tracking identifiers
5. No cloud upload or third-party sharing
BoxTimer does not upload workout plans, templates or settings to a cloud service. The app does not share personal data with third parties because the current version does not collect personal data.
6. Third-party services
The current version of BoxTimer does not use Firebase, AdMob, analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs or tracking services.
7. Ads and purchases
The current version of BoxTimer does not include ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are used.
8. Sound and vibration
BoxTimer may use device sound and vibration to provide timer alerts, workout transitions, countdown cues and completion feedback. These features are used locally on the device and do not collect personal information.
9. Children and target audience
BoxTimer is a general fitness and productivity timer. It is not specifically directed to children, and it does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. Your rights
Because the current version of BoxTimer does not collect personal data, there is no account data to access, export or delete from our servers. You can remove locally stored app data by using your device settings or uninstalling the app.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app changes or when legal requirements change. The updated policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
12. Contact
